Using your ability to form and maintain great customer relationships will be essential to deliver on your targets and grow in your territory. Ambition to learn and grow will be needed when working with Head Office levels of retailers, providing you exposure, and learning the ropes to potentially be managing these accounts yourself.
Building relationships with retailers from fresh will be key, as such you will need to be confident, ambitious, and experienced working with a minimum of one Grocery multiple.
