Sales Development Executive

Chase Taylor recruitment are currently working with a successful family run window and door manufacturer based in Devon. They are looking to recruit an experienced Window and Door Sales Development Executive to sell and promote their products to the commercial and residential sector of the fenestration industry.

Our client not only manufactures both aluminium and upvc windows, but they also offer and supply and installation package to make the process easier for their customers and clients.

The right candidate will have current or recent experience as Sales Coordinator or a similar role within the window and door/fenestration industry.

The role:

• Devise and implement sales strategies and targets that complement the overall aims of the business.
• Producing accurate and estimates within the required timescales.
• Ensuring high levels of customer service are provided.
• Ensuring relationships are established and maintained with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business e.g. architects and builders, commercial property developers, governing bodies etc.
• Working with the Sales Supervisor to develop processes and tools that ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness both within the Sales Department and interdepartmentally to ensure the smooth transition of the project from start to finish.
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Liaising with the Marketing Manager to achieve new business streams and increase sales.
• Liaising and working with the Sales Supervisor to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensuring operations work effectively within agreed budgets and effectively allocate available tangible resources.
• Effectively communicate relevant and appropriate information to the Management
• Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, with one Saturday a month, 8:30am to 1:30pm.

The candidate:

• Have current experience as a sales professional within the window and door industry
• Technically mined to answer clients and customer questions
• Have experience working in the commercial sector of the fenestration industry
• Able to build strong working relationships with team members and customers
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must currently reside in the UK
