Join our sales team!
We are on the search for not one but two Sales Development Representative's to join us. If you're ready to make a significant impact in the world of eCommerce and are great at utilising creative outreaches and exceeding goals, we want you on board.
What you will be doing...
As an SDR, you'll play a key part in generating a consistent stream of opportunities for our exceptional sales team. Your mission is to showcase the unparalleled value that James and James can bring to potential eCommerce clients. You'll have all the necessary tools at your disposal including our cutting-edge sales collateral, and Salesforce CRM. Through strategic planning and creative outreach routes, you'll be crucial in not just making calls but creating meaningful connections with potential clients, and delivering value at every touch point.
You'll be responsible for maintaining your own database of potential clients, ensuring our CRM is meticulously organised. You'll input call activities to keep our data accurate and meaningful, working collaboratively with the Sales team to maximise productivity and efficiency.

Starting salary of £25,000 plus Uncapped Commission (OTE £34,600)
1 day working from home each week, 4 days in the Northampton office

Previous phone based experience either in a call centre / telesales role or similar
You're a fast learner and self motivated
Excellent organisational skills and can multitask
Natural relationship builder and a good listener
Tenacious and enthusiastic
