An esteemed technology and systems provider is in search of a seasoned and driven Sales Director to build and expand the sales function. This strategic role offers the chance to work in close collaboration with the CEO and the potential to lead the business in the future. The ideal candidate will possess a history of forming successful teams, steering the sales process, and consistently achieving new business goals.
Day to Day of the role:
- Collaborate with the CEO to align on a shared vision and drive business development.
- Develop, plan, and implement sales strategies to secure new business and surpass sales objectives.
- Enhance the sales narrative by revamping sales materials to better engage potential customers.
- Work with Executive Leadership to create and apply a sales structure and recruitment strategy.
- Deliver sales forecasts and pinpoint new growth opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Propose enhancements to the sales tech stack and associated processes for greater efficiency.
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in selling IT Hardware and Software.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and sales force development.
- Strategic mindset with a record of formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to foster business growth.
- Commitment to maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with sales technology and a drive for continuous process improvement.
