This is a hands-on role where you have the whole world as your geographical area, with ambitions to grow the sales team by 5 within 1 year.
Responsibilities:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and maintaining sales pipelines, and collaborating with our technical teams to provide our clients with exceptional solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Experience working with Battery Energy Storage Systems and knowledge of the renewable energy market.
• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Experience in Team Management and leading high-performance sales teams.
• An established network of contacts in the renewable energy market and proven ability to build relationships with clients across various sectors.
• A strategic and analytical mind, capable of designing and implementing effective sales strategies based on market research and business trends.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
