YOUR ROLE
- Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with Adhesives Construction Business Unit strategy to develop existing / acquire new customers.
- Actively searches for new customers (construction companies, craftsmen) and promotes the advantages of CERESIT system solutions.
- Conducts product trainings and demos, advises on product application.
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers, distributors and local councils.
- Puts into effect pricing actions.
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
- Cooperates with Application Engineering to solve customer requests and claims.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Technical Sales
- Work experience in Construction business
- Knowledge of EWI solutions and AutoCAD a bonus
- Expert in managing customer relationships.
- Valid driving license. Readiness to travel.
