My client is leader in the field of high-volume / high speed precision engineering machinery which is used by many blue-chip manufacturing companies. They are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Engineer who will cover the island of Ireland and therefore you need to be currently living in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. To be suitable you must have experience selling this type of machinery or similar type of machinery. Candidates who have existing contacts in these types of business are of particular interest to my client. On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £50,000, bonus up to 15%, company car, 33 holidays, pension etc.

Role –Sales Engineer

• Delivering strategically right tender opportunities into the business to ensure focused efforts, a developing pipeline and business growth in line with plans.
• Managing the sales process and develop winning value propositions so that the tender has the highest possible chance of success.
• Managing and developing customer relationships at all levels and drive strategic partnerships to become a trusted partner.
• Proactively communicating & networking with customer personal to ensure you engage, build trust and become an approved supplier
• Creating and maintaining strategic Key Account plans.
• Supporting the project teams during implementation phases with commercial leadership.
• Producing quotations for each individual tender so that we can effectively communicate our full scope of supply, project lifecycle and commercial position.
