Due to ongoing and planned business growth, a superb opportunity has arisen for a Sales Estimator to join the company. Reporting to the Owner, the successful candidate will take responsibility for.
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES
Attend properties and undertake surveys.
Ensuring jobs can be undertaken in line with proposals, constructional guidance, profitability and Health and Safety.
Undertake virtual surveys using video calls. Ensuring jobs can be undertaken in line with proposals, constructional guidance, profitability and Health and Safety.
Report to Sales Team and Operations Manager any issues that each job may encounter and suggest how to resolve them.
Confirm jobs have been priced competitively inline with company pricing structure, taking into account the physical costs of the job.
Price jobs competitively inline with company pricing structure where required.
Produce proposals for clients using the company's CRM system.
Follow up with clients in a timely manner to drive successful sales.
Locate new, manage existing, win and grow key partnerships throughout Northern Ireland and R.O.I.
Undertake regular work in NI to generate sales both domestically and via our partners.
Undertake regular work in the ROI to generate sales both domestically and via our partners.
THE PERSON
A minimum of 2-3 years in construction rated surveying/estimating.
Desirable but not essential to have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience ideally within the construction industry.
Essential in working successfully to targets and KPI’s.
Essential in taking the lead and positively influencing others.
Ideally Highly IT literate, with experience of working with CRM systems.
SALARY
A competitive basic salary of c. £30k - £32k will be on offer.
A bonus/commission structure will also be on offer as well as a company vehicle.
