Our client, who specialises in producing, storing, and delivering high-quality polythene products at competitive prices, is looking for a driven Telesales Executive who can confidently promote their range of products and services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, identifying sales opportunities and establishing long-term business relationships.
Introduce and up sell a wide range of polythene products, accurately explaining their features, benefits, and exceptional quality.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, utilising excellent sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide comprehensive support and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Accurately record customer details, orders, and interactions on the CRM system.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone.
A positive and resilient mindset, with the determination to achieve targets and surpass customer expectations.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring daily sales goals are met.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools will be beneficial.
