Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.
Duties:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and secure appointments- Utilise software tools - Communicate effectively with clients in English- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Experience:- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets- Proficiency in operating computer software applications (Training will be provided) - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the following skills also required
- The individual will manage and coordinate with sales team
- Will have to work with team to make sure that all customers have up to date with information regarding their projects,
- Will have to provide the technical drawings along evidences provided by the compliance team
- Will have to work on software to prepare the reports (access would be provided by Employer)
- Would be able to see the information from the photos and would be able to use the web browsers and should be familiar with MS office
- Will have to work with sales and survey teams to meet the company sales targets.
- The individual may require to prepare condition reports of the project (data will be provide by the employer)
- The individual may require to handle customer queries
