Sales Executive – Ollerton (Permanent)

I am currently working with a growing business based in Ollerton who are looking to add a Sales Executive to their team.

The Duties of a Sales Executive:
* Making outbound calls to new and existing customers to create meeting and sales opportunities.
* Updating the CRM System and carrying out administrative tasks
* Building up relationships with customers
* Booking sales meetings
* Being a key member of the team to drive growth and success.
* Working to increase sales leads
The ideal Candidate:
* Ideally have experience within telesales or a business development role.
* Confident and capable of making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Drives KPIS and work to targets to help with development
* Must be driven and self-motivated
* Must be looking for long term employment.
For the right candidate this business can offer progression to become a Business Development manager and will be able to gain a company car.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:00pm. The starting salary is £23,000-£28,000 depending on experience. As a business they offer a commission scheme which will be discussed at interview stage and tailored to individual needs
