We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global manufacturing and distribution company for a Sales Executive to join the Sales Coordination team. The successful candidate will be office based in Oswestry and provide vital support to the sales team, generating reports, liaising with clients, and prioritising delivery to ensure expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Sales admin tasks such as order processing and client communication.
- Keep track of open orders, cross-referencing them with production and delivery reports to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep clients informed about expected delivery dates and resolve any issues related to orders promptly.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to prioritise deliveries and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales-related documents in the ERP system.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally, sharing important updates and resolving queries.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer software with experience in SAP.
- A professional with commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- The ability to assist and support colleagues in other areas of the business.
