Our client is currently recruiting a number of Sales Executives to join their Credit Hire team. Featured in The Sunday Times Fast-track 100, the company continues to experience substantial growth. A specialist in their field, they currently hold an 85% market share in the UK and have doubled in size over the past 2 years. Your new role

In this role, you will liaise with 3rd party insurers to negotiate settlements on credit-hire vehicles. Key duties include:

• 30+ outbound calls a day to follow up with insurers on existing claims
• Responding to insurer queries via email
• Maintaining regular contact with customers, updating them on their claims and providing a high level of service
• Working towards Key Performance Indicators (e.g. Settlements)
• Building strong relationships with insurers to speed up claims

This is a 100% remote working role. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm (no weekends/evenings).

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have strong communication skills - both written and verbal. As well as previous negotiation experience role via phone and email (e.g. Credit Control, Recruitment, Sales, Debt Collection). You'll also have the confidence to build relationships both internally and externally. Although this position is 100% remote, you must be based in the UK.

What you'll get in return

Base salary is £28-32k plus commission (based on claims settled). You'll receive 4 weeks of training to ensure you're an expert in negotiating claims/settlements.
