Job Description
The responsibilities of the sale executive:
- Work in line with monthly and business sales targets
- Provide genuine recommendations suited to customer needs.
- Understand customer type and reasons for considering their trip.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven customer service experience ideally within travel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships
- Confident and friendly personality
- Driven and highly motivated.
- Experience within the travel industry would be desirable.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Able to work at most 2 Saturday's a month, day off in the week.
