Summary:
As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and managing sales calls and managing the sales pipeline. This will be mostly done via outbound phone/zoom calls and DMs. Beyond sales, you will actively contribute to the overall success of our business by assisting with essential operational tasks such as recruitment of new staff, marketing via email and other forms of social media, and sales support via email and social media DMs
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound sales calls and DMs to potential clients, effectively presenting the benefits of ourmentorship program.
- Build and maintain student relationships, handling inquiries and follow-up leads.
- Use the CRM system to assist in reaching sales targets and staying accountable.
- Conduct research to continuously improve our mentorship program, sales structure and overall business operations.
- Assist the team in recruitment efforts, identifying and onboarding new talent as needed via email and 1st stage interviews
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of our mentorship program. This will be mostly done via email and DMs
Results:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for mentorship packages.
- Consistently convert leads into paying students via calls, emails and DMs
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Help in implementing strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the recruitment and development of a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Increase lead flow through effective email marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Good knowledge of different social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of email marketing
- Recruitment experience would be desirable
- Experience in paid social media advertising would be desirable
