My client provides digital solutions to the hospitality sector that include EPoS solutions. They are committed to delivering cutting edge technology and unparalleled customer service to empower businesses in the hospitality, retail and robotic sectors. They now seek a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team.
Role:
- To identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and present tailored digital / epos system solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Develop and launch a sales plan for the Robotics division
Client relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Communicate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
Market research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
- Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams for continued improvement
Travel:
- Travel to client locations throughout the UK as well as industry events
- Commute to Braintree office
Experience:
- B2B sales experience within the technology or EPoS industry
- Knowledge of EPoS related technology will be a great advantage
