They are committed to delivering cutting edge technology and unparalleled customer service to empower businesses in the hospitality, retail and robotic sectors. They now seek a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team.
Role:
- To identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and present tailored digital / epos system solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Develop and launch a sales plan for the Robotics division
Client relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Communicate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
Market research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
- Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams for continued improvement
Travel:
- Travel to client locations throughout the UK as well as industry events
- Commute to Braintree office
Experience:
- B2B sales experience within the technology or EPoS industry
- Knowledge of EPoS related technology will be a great advantage
