This is a really exciting time to join the team! We're looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic individual to the role of Sales Executive.
The focus of this position is to create opportunities to engage with local and regional employers, across multiple sectors, assisting them with identifying skills needs and training gaps required to support business growth and long-term prosperity.
Working with small sole traders to well-known global employers, this position focuses on nurturing relationships, and establishing the College as a leading source of quality advice and guidance on training, qualifications, apprenticeships and government funding opportunities for employers.
Exceptional key account management and effective networking skills will be your key to success in this role, so if you have a great personality, confidence to network, find it easy to build relationships and rapport with customers using a consultative sales approach with the ability to manage a pipeline and can display outstanding customer service skills then we want to hear from you.
Previous experience in the further education sector is advantageous, but not essential as full training and support will be provided. To be effective and successful in the role we expect you to be out visiting employers and at networking events along with some office based activity so the working week is very variable.
