Permanent Part Time (18.75 Hours) Tuesday & Wednesday & one weekend per month
Here at Lovell, we are now looking for a one Part TimeSales Executive and one Full Time Sales Executive for our development at Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire.
As a Sales Executive, you ll deal effectively with sales enquiries to maximise the conversion rate from enquiry to reservation. You ll be pro-active in identifying, managing and achieving sales and working confidently with a number of Schemes including Help To Buy-Wales, Helping Hands and Part Exchange. Sales will be managed through the use of recommended solicitors and independent financial advisors. You ll carry out home demonstrations as and when required, build good working relationships with the site project teams, and follow the Lovell Customer Care procedure, to guarantee customer satisfaction and a loyal customer base.
We re looking for someone who has experience in housing sales, ideally new build, and who can work on their own initiative as part of an established team. Your previous experience will mean you understand the house purchase process and have knowledge of financial products, data protection, PMA, money laundering and the legal process. A people person, with excellent communication skills and a friendly yet professional manner, you ll have exemplary presentation skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
