Our client is a well-established family run car dealership and are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their fantastic team based at their Bournemouth site in Hampshire!
As a Sales Executive your duties will be:
- Communicating effectively with customers to build rapport and understand their requirements
- Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer as well as understanding and adapting to their buying strategy
- Appraising the customers part exchange vehicle checking documentation and obtaining quotes for any paint or repair work, agreeing a purchase price with the Sales Manager
- Review accessories and additional product options with the customer
- Agreeing the sale price and payment method of any finance agreements with the customer directly
- Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the group in achieving its aims and objectives
- Liaising with the sales administration team to ensure product availability fits with the customers expectations
- Confirming a delivery date with the sales administration team as well as notifying the customer of any changes to the original schedule
- Ensure each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy
- Plan and organise own daily selling activity
For the Sales Executive role the following experience/skills will be required:
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Proven Sales Executive experience (desirable)
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines
The working hours are from 8.30am until 6pm Monday to Fridays (with a day off in the week), 8am until 1pm on Saturdays and also working alternate Sundays from 10am until 4pm.
The salary for the Sales Executive role is £40,000 per year with Uncapped Commotion .
