An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our client in Aintree. Working within the sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with lapsed clients as well as conducting new business activity. The opportunity is office based and comes with a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience plus commission. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
The main duties of a Sales Executive are:
- Achieve sales and performance targets through outbound calling.
- Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
- Listen and understand the client's needs to ensure a tailored solution.
- Effectively manage diary and sales pipeline of prospects,
- Produce quotes and orders.
- Accurately log all calls and keep the CRM system up to date.
- Ensure company remain GDPR compliant.
- Experience in B2B phone sales - this is essential.
- A high work ethic and have the ability to bounce back positively from rejection.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic IT skills.
