Sales Executive

Your new company
My client is an innovative global life science manufacturing organisation in Wrexham. Going from strength to strength, this organisation is continuously growing and is seeking a motivated, proactive and dedicated sales professional with a customer-orientated nature to join a technical team.
Your new role
Working with a small, yet efficient team, you will be a key partner to distributors and acting to increase and incentivise sales of key products to a global audience. You will be responsible for the day to day communication with strategic distributors, and responsible for opening new business opportunities that will generate momentum and contribute to financial targets. Your role will see you creating and implementing innovative reach techniques with both warm and colder client networks. Contacting partners via phone and email, you will be working proactively to ensure each opportunity is maximised and organising for product demo\'s of sample stock to keep distributors engaged. You will be based in Wrexham (fully office based), however there is opportunity for ad hoc global travel for conferences & events.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a highly customer centric individual that thrives in a target driven environment. You will be utilising your stand-out communication skills daily to influence and negotiate with distributors, as well as using your commercial mind set to provide market insights and feedback to the business manager to identify opportunities and potential threats in the market. You will be a proactive individual that is commercially driven to achieve your targets and overachieve where doable. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and feel able to build relationships easily at all levels! You will be passionate about providing an excellent customer journey in order to enhance sales. You will be flexible to occasional overnight international travel.
What you\'ll get in return
As well as a respectable salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on relevant experience, you will receive free onsite parking, up to 7% contributory pension scheme, plus a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days + bank holidays with the option to buy additional holiday! There is also a discretionary bonus scheme reviewed annually. Your hours will be Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm for your 36.25 hour working week. You will have access to a BUPA cashplan scheme and the option for occasional international travel!
