Silcom Recruitment is on the hunt for an experienced Sales Executive to join one of our established dealerships based on the Isle of Wight.As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating prospects, collaborating with individual customers to comprehend their requirements, and guiding them toward the most suitable product while securing the sale.Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:Demonstrate suitable product options to customers and encourage test drives.Adapt to and understand customers' buying strategies.Agree on pricing, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.Participate in training and development for achieving organisational objectives.Collaborate with Sales Administration to ensure product availability meets customer expectations.Place orders, update records, and schedule complementary services or additional work.Conduct follow-up calls after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.Proactively plan daily selling activities, including reaching out to prospects.The Package:Basic salary of £25,000 + OTE £43,000 (Uncapped)!!Oh, did I mention a Company car too!!!Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm] with a day off in the week!!Saturdays [8:30am – 5:00pm] & Sunday rota [10:00am – 4:00pm].If you believe you have the passion, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to succeed as a Sales Executive, then we would like to hear from you.**Don’t worry if your CV is out of date, please get in touch and we can work with you to do the rest**APPLY NOW
