Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 with OTE £32,000 + Car Allowance

Our client is an award-winning team specialising in high-quality retail display solutions across the UK and globally. Their mission is to ensure that ‘instore’ marketing campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, maximising their brand and consumer connections.
Our client is proud to partner with some of the world’s biggest brands, and due to significant business investment, we are expanding our Commercial Team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager
- Working closely with the Business Development Manager to research and identify potential business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to effectively promote products or services to potential customers
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies
- Update the company CRM system to ensure transparency with the sales and senior management team
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with potential and existing clients
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results
- Ability to use a CRM software system and MS Suite of applications
- Ability to travel to meet with potential and existing clients, attend conferences or explore new markets
