The Candidate:
- Proven sales background with a focus on closing deals (property experience is not essential).
- Dynamic and excellent communicator over the phone with experience of pitching to high-net-worth individuals.
- Target driven, high energy, self-motivated, organised & sociable.
The Role:
- Providing advice and guidance to investors.
- Following up on all leads and sales enquires.
- Supporting clients throughout the sales process.
- Successfully closing property deals.
- Managing client investment portfolios.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships
