Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products/services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Target-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Driving License: A valid driver's license is required.
