Sales Graduate

Working with an existing network of clients, you will be responsible for maintaining business relationships through attending sales meetings and events, identifying new business leads, building and managing your own pipeline of leads and ensuring that clients receive a comprehensive service.

You will need;

• A degree in any discipline in the last 2 years (Achieved 2:1 or above)
• Ambition and willingness to learn
• Solid communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Resilience and determination
• Describe yourself as a self-starter, with motivation to achieve daily tasks and work towards set targets and deadlines
• A strong team player, who is willing to get stuck in and embrace new ways of working
• A trusted individual
• Money motivation

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous work experience in a customer service
• Knowledge of a sales/ B2B environment
• The ability to achieve and surpass set targets

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 with a realistic OTE potential earning of £35,000 within your first year
