Sales Office Manager

Your new company
A new manufacturing business located in Deeside is now seeking an experienced Office Manager following a period of huge growth and a forecasted 21% rise in turnover.
Your new role
The Sales Office Manager is accountable for the targeted sales levels and productivity targets for the company through the effective leadership of their sales managers. You will be given autonomy in your role and encouraged to implement new ideas in order to lead your team to success. You will also have a hands-on approach and possess the ability to effectively coach your team in order to achieve conversion and sales targets whilst effectively building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the productivity of 3 account managers and have assistance provided by 2 direct reports who will aid in administrative support.

• Monday to Friday
• 8.30am to 5pm

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will display strong leadership skills, tenacity, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work within a fast-paced environment and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementation. Previous experience within sales is an asset but not a necessity.
