Job Title: Sales Invoicing Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Bolton
Flexibility: Available
Contract: Permanent
Salary: GBP23,839.20 per annum

About the Role
We have got a great new opportunity to join Outcomes First Group as a Sales Invoicing Administrator.
As our new Sales Invoicing Administrator, you will support the Sales Invoicing Manager and Senior Sales invoicing coordinator with providing an efficient and customer focused service for the management of local authority sales invoice preparation and distribution.
You will also work closely with the Sales Invoicing Manager and Senior Sales Invoicing Coordinator to support the function in coordinating purchase orders and placement data where required to allow for efficient and accurate invoicing and support the query resolution process.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of managing a high volume of emailsHave experience of query managementBe highly numerate and accurate with handling financial data.Have experience using MS Office, including Excel to a good level.A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and EnglishA professional demeanour, positive and flexible attitude, good inter- personal and communication skills and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Be able to work alone and tackle tasks proactively.Show good initiative and take ownership of tasks or issues.Don't meet 100% of the job requirements? About Finance
As a centralised function at Outcomes First Group, Finance supports several acquired agencies, over 65 schools and schools with accommodation for vulnerable young people, children, and adults. Our Finance team consists of Management Accounts, Transactional Finance and Commercials.
