Sales LedgerAdministrator Clerk,
Hourly Rate £12.00 to £13.00 per hour
Hours: 22.5 to 25hours per week/Flexible working days
Location: Droitwich

We are delighted to be working with a family run business situated in Droitwich, who are searching for a Sales Ledger & Administrator Clerk to support the finance team. If you are an experienced candidate coming from a Sales Ledger background, AAT Qualified, experience with SAGE then we want to speak with you!
Duties to include will be:
Update and maintain the Accounting computerised system, Traffic Management systems and paper systems at all times.
Posting and allocating daily money received.
Raising pro forma invoices and chasing payments
Raise sales invoices and statements and post or email out as and when required.
Processing card payments.
Raising credit notes – dealing with invoice queries
Monitor emails in mailbox and respond to queries, investigate further as and when required.
Perform other duties of the Accounts department as and when required and in particular during busy periods, e.g. holidays and sickness.
Answer telephone calls, dealing with any queries, transferring caller to relevant person and taking messages.
Cover reception by greeting visitors and ensuring that all visitors are signing in and out.
Perform general administration duties such as filing, photocopying and preparing post.
Manage and ensure all Proof of Delivery notes are returned to the customers who request this as part of their payment terms, even if this task is delegated.
Qualifications
Must be AAT Level qualified Level 2/3
Software Experience
IT literate – proficient in use of MS Office including advanced MS Excel skills e.g. pivot tables, v-look-ups and filters etc.
Proficient with SAGE50
Previous experience in finance required
