We are seeking a forward thinking individual to join our client as a Sales Ledger Administrator. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for ensuring that the company invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
This will be a varied role but day to day:
- Managing and processing invoices
- Running credit checks
- Liaising with customers with invoices queries or discrepancies
- Keeping the client database up to date
We are ideally seeking people with previous experience within a role dealing with invoices, billing or revenue as well as:
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for details
- Able to deal with incoming and outgoing calls
- A great team player
- Excellent Administration skills
