Sales Ledger Assistant

Location: Craigavon

Hours: 20 hours per week Mon-Fri 09:30-13:30

The Role

A typical day for a Sales Ledger Assistant in Diagnostics is far from typical. The role is dynamic and quite versatile in its daily tasks. The primary function of a Sales Ledger Assistant is to support the Sales Ledger/credit control function in the Almac Diagnostic Services Business unit. This would involve general administrative support such as raising invoices, dealing with customer queries, and Sales Ledger supporting.

Key Requirements

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, employment in the UK

To be successful in this position you will need 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above to include English Language and Maths. You will also need experience of sales invoicing, credit control and accounting packages.

It would be desirable if you had experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and purchase ledger experience.
