Working in partnership, my client is currently recruiting for a self-motivated and personable Sales Ledger Clerk to join their dedicated team in Bath. You will be supporting the ongoing excellent management of the Sales Ledger and debt, therefore having a professional and customer centric approach is key.
The role:
- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of debt
- Reconciling accounts
- Allocating payments
- Resolving invoice and delivery queries
- Obtain proof of delivery
- Place customer accounts on stop
- Provide administration to customer accounts
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Allocating and credit notes
- Prepare files
- Taking payments over the phone
Person specification:
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- AAT qualified or equivalent
- Experience of SAP would be advantageous
- Professional and polite manner
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Analytical approach
- Sound IT skills

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with two days a week finishing at 5pm.
