This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our business, on a full-time basis. The role would suit someone who has credit control knowledge, experience of dealing with large amounts of data and has spent time dealing directly with clients and customers.

We are a privately owned business and have invested in building a positive, friendly team. Our offices are based in converted stables on a country estate, just outside of Tamworth.
The Role
Providing credit control and support for funding relationship services across our client portfolio. Duties would include:
- Managing several ledgers, using our ledger management software platform
- Ensuring timely and accurate cash collections and allocations
- Resolving invoice queries and escalating payment issues, working with both clients and customers, acting as the main point of contact for both
- Supporting the client relationship manager with the running of the funding facilities for our funded clients
- Producing a weekly KPI report for the Management Team
- Producing and Presenting Funding Data to our Clients
Who are we looking for?
Someone who has:
- Credit control experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate with clients/customers.
- A high level of interest/experience in what systems can do for a business.
- Able to adapt to/work with different systems at the same time.
- A willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Someone who can develop an understanding of funding facilities and work with the client relationship manager to communicate information regarding funding to clients.
