Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client who are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Controller on a 3 month basis starting immediately. This is a full time role with hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm located in Barnsley. You must meet the security clearance requirements of this role which includes having resided/ worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 consecutive years.
Experience as a Sales Ledger Controller is a must for this role and the main duties and responsibilities will include;
- Raising sales invoices for both domestic and commercial customers
- Processing all income from various sources and allocating to correct accounts
- Ensuring customers are reconciled correctly
- Managing all direct debits
- Credit Control
- Involvement with the debt recovery processes of the company
- Monthly Sales Ledger reconciliation
- Aged Debtors
- Receiving any customer queries and finance helpline calls
- Covering Purchase Ledger duties on occasion if required
