We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Invoicing Administrator to join our Finance team, based in our Head Office.
Joining our team as a Sales Ledger Invoicing Administrator you will be responsible for processing the sales invoices for our customers on time and within the specifications required. You will work closely with the wider team and our account managers to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner. There will be scope to add value and work within the team to explore opportunities to make process improvements that will assist in the collection of cash and improve the workload/flow in the team.
Essential Skills- Ability to work under pressure at period end
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Analytical mind to ensure costs are being recovered appropriately
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent IT and MRP systems knowledge
