TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Specialist to join a well-established organisation based in Poole. They work with some of the world's best retailers, high street chains, independent stores, charities, and food service pioneers; and are looking for a passionate individual to join their finance team.
Part Time hours - Permanent
Monday - Friday (25hrs per week)
GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 (pro rata)

Responsibilities:
- Accurate management of Sales Ledgers within designated timelines
- Oversight of Account journal and bank reconciliations
- Addressing and resolving invoice queries, collaborating closely with the broader team
- Contributing to month-end procedures, actively participating in the financial reporting process
- Precise processing and reconciliation of supplier invoices, demonstrating attention to detail
- Processing customer account applications
- Maintaining a streamlined and efficient purchase ledger system
- Introducing innovative ideas to enhance financial operations
- Efficiently tracking and pursuing payments
What we require from you:
- Prior experience in accounts payable
- Ability to foster and sustain client relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a small team
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software, preferably Sage
