Job Overview:
We are seeking an organised and self-driven Sales Ledger to join our team. As a Sales Ledger, you will be responsible for processing orders which come from the Sales Reps onto Sage 50 to make price quotes for customers and the Sales Reps. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are able to work with a high level of accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be liaising with numerous departments and customers. Experience on phones, email communications and Sage 50 is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders onto Sage 50
- Advise customers and Sales Reps of stock issues, quotes and orders
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using Sage 50 software or other Sales Processing tools
