Sales Manager
Offering £44,000 Basic Salary OTE £60,000 plus Excellent Benefits for the successful candidate.
Our client is an established finance business based in the Harrogate area. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting an internal Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day management of 10 internal Account Managers.
This position would ideally suit an experienced Sales professional with strong people management and leadership exposure. A sales leader who is experienced and confident in maximising team engagement, motivating and inspiring others. Able to identify areas of performance improvement and implement necessary training and development to assist individuals in achieving objectives.
Sales Manager - Key responsibilities
- Lead and be accountable for the day-to-day management of a team of internal Account Managers. Analyse management information, report and make recommendations to the Head of Sales.
- Demonstrate our client’s core values of Passion, Accountability, Teamwork, Excellence and Progressive in your day-to-day interactions with colleagues, lenders, and customers.
- Monitor, support, motivate and coach internal Account Managers to ensure they achieve their weekly/monthly KPIs and finance targets.
As a financial business, it will be the Sales Manager’s responsibility to ensure all Account Managers are kept up to date and comply with company and FCA policies and procedures.
Sales Manager - Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of Sales Management. Exposure gained within a regulated environment would be highly desirable.
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience maintaining and overseeing a structured sales process.
- Strong sales training, coaching and mentoring exposure.
- Strong communication, time management and organisation skills.
Based at our client’s fabulous office in the Harrogate area, the Sales Manager position is offering £44,000 basic salary OTE £60,000 plus excellent benefits, including 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, free gym membership, an industry leading profit share scheme, company awards/social events and free onsite parking. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
