Are you able to demonstrate hand-on experience of using SAP or similar and able to manage complex order management?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Managerto join an established automation organisation that offers opportunities for development and excellent benefits.
You will be working alongside another Team Leader, overseeing 12 Customer Service & Sales agents, who are providing solutions to their manufacturing clients.
You will be responsible for:
- People management of a multi-skilled team, such as customer service, account managers and business development managers
- Coaching the team using own extensive experience of customer order handling or distance selling through SAP
- Managing escalations and the resolution of customer issues within agreed time frame
- Provide customer order management training and coaching to the team.
- Trend analyses and identify areas for improvement in customer call quality and answer rates.
- Using training tools to ensure team are continually building on technical knowledge
In order to be successful as a Sales Manager you must:
- Proven experience of working in a team leadership role and successfully driven a sales and customer service team to succeed
- Extensive experience of successfully working in a sales or service environment in a technical organisation
- Able to demonstrate hands-on experience of using SAP or a similar system
