Area to be covered: South (predominately London & South East)

Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + 20% bonus

Benefits: electric company car (Tesla or equivalent) + 8% matched pension, 25 days holiday & benefits package
The role of the Sales Manager - Capital Equipment will involve:

• Sales Manager position selling a high quality bespoke range of vertical access solutions & building maintenance units such as: construction hoists, elevators, transport platforms, mast climbing work platforms and hoists
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to hire companies such as: HSS Hire, Speedy and Sunbelts
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling directly to principal tier 1 contractors and large blue chip companies such as: MACE, Laing O'Rourke, Robert McAlpine, British Land, etc
• Turnover target will be circa £3-4m
• Dealing with project sizes between £105k-£2m depending on size and scope, average is around £300k
• Would like somebody to come into the Dartford office twice a week until up and running however will be home based

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager - Capital Equipment experience with:

• Must have external technical construction sales experience
• Must have experience in technical solution sales
• Ideally sold Capital Equipment however open if you’ve sold to contractors or worked within a hire company
• Must have the ability to pick up technical products
• Must have the desire / hunger to thrive in a sales role with bags of enthusiasm
• Reliable, trustworthy and organised
