Our client is a leading brand within the Luxury Property market and due to growth the company requires a Sales Manager to manage and support the team at their Worcester site, dealing with all aspects of the sales process.
The successful applicant will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Duties will include:
- Assign and manage the team of sales consultants
- Contribute to the development of the marketing and sales strategies
- Contribute to the high-quality sales and marketing media
- Manage the database of all existing and potential customers and other interested parties
- Aanalyse trends, data, demographics and client preferences in order to identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Identify interesting stories and PR opportunities to showcase the business and the services provided
Experience
- An estate agency or new home sales background
- Proven experience of managing and motivating a team, the ability to work flexible hours, including some potential weekend work.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, and be computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel), together with good organisational and communication skills, both verbally and in written form. Knowledge of customer relationship management systems (e.g. Inturi) and GDPR would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a permanent, full-time position based on site in the Worcester location.
