SalaryMCS Group are partnering with a booming software company in County Tyrone to recruit a Sales Manager. This position offers £35-40k, with commission and extensive growth opportunity. Managing a team of SDRs, this individual will be passionate about driving new business including networking, cold calling, and email marketing.
Role
- Player manager in a small SDR team creating high volume & high quality output of daily outbound outreach into qualified new business meetings for AEs.
- Engaging with contacts through email, phone, social and video.
- Passionately articulating how the business can make a major difference to new customers.
- Nurturing prospects from early stage interest through to becoming a qualified lead.
Individual
- 3-5 years SDR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
- A passion for technology and a technical aptitude to master sales tools (outreach / ChatGPT).
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding new business meeting quotas.
