Reporting into the General Manager; the business are looking for a working Commercial Manager who will cover Wales, SouthWest England and down to Devon & Cornwall.
In addition you will be mentoring and developing a small internal Sales Team. As part of a bigger group you will have strong communication skills and able to interact with all internal stakeholders as well as the rest of the businesses in the group across the UK. This role will be a balance of being an office based presence and being on the road.
Role: Sales Manager
Salary: up to £40,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience + bonuses + car allowance + benefits
Location: Bridgend
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:-
- Leading & developing a sales team
- Strategic Planning, forecasting & pricing all major work
- Setting the commercial strategy for the Sales team
- Driving and improving the ongoing Sales targets
- Demonstrating strong abilities in Business Development & Account Management
- Sign off on all large contract pricing structures
- Collaborating with other divisions of the business
- Completion of divisional sales and production reports
- Experience of a successful Sales career with a proven track record of success
- Proven background of leading a sales team
- Ideally experience in Heavy Engineering, Metals, Pressings, Fabrications processes
- Balance of hunter/gatherer Sales experience
