Key Account Manager (Darts Industry)

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the DARTS Industry, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and driving sales growth.
There will be an element of new business in the role too, but 70% of the role is managing existing customers with account spenders from £10k/year to £0.5m/year. The team is very friendly and you'd be joining a fantastic company with excellent routes for progression!

They are leading sales within the Darts Industry selling to businesses (70% overseas, 30% UK - which is growing fast) who distribute their branded products, as well as to those purchasing for their own man caves / pubs / homes.

Description
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage and developing relationships with key long-standing clients
• Identify opportunities for sales growth within existing client base ( account spends between £10k to £500,000 a year) and new customer accounts.
• Be able to flex your style according to different accounts
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Provide regular reports on account performance
• Act as the point of contact for clients for all sales-related queries between the business and accounts
• Understand client needs and customise existing business programs to meet their needs
• Coordinate with the team to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in International Business travels, approx. 2-3 times a year based on business priorities

Profile
A successful Key Account Manager should have some of the following experience:

• Proven experience in sales or account management, with key achievements to evidence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Forward thinker and organised

Job Offer
On offer for the successful Key Account Manager is:

• Salary between £35,000 - £40,000
• Annual Bonus
• International Business travel approx. 2-3 times a year
• Office-Based:Bridgend, South Wales
  • Start times 8am/8:30am/9am + subsequent finish times: 16:30, 17:00, 17:30
  • 1 hour early finish EVERY Friday
