Client Manager (Accountancy Firm)
Location: Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan (Hybrid)
Salary: £35k - £42k + Excellent Benefits
The Client:
Our client is a well-established Accountancy Firm, providing accounting solutions for startups, freelancers, and small enterprises.
The Role:
As the Client Manager, you will oversee accounting teams, ensuring timely services, fostering strong client relationships, training, and motivating staff.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee a diverse client portfolio remotely, ensuring accurate financial service.
* Develop processes to meet client deadlines and streamline workflows.
* Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
* Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Address client queries promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate on strategic plans for client management and service delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
* Implement effective client communication strategies.
* Track key performance indicators to measure team and individual success.
* Provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Client Manager or in a similar role.
* Possess full AAT qualification, preferably ACCA / ICAEW qualified.
* Strong practice experience with small businesses.
* Background in team management.
* Excellent customer service skills.
