- Delivering against sales targets across multiple products and service
- Achieving product and cross sell KPIs
- Monitoring dialler performance
- Ongoing monitoring of calls and behaviour
- Providing correct advice to agents based on customer preference or situation
- Ability to make quick, evidence-based decisions on dialler performance
- Handling first line queries from the sales team
- Dealing with customer escalations
- Planning and implementing sales promotions and staff incentives
- Ensure staff attendance and punctuality
- Hosting daily sales meetings with team
- Planning and hosting monthly 1 to 1 meetings with team members
- Working with HR to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Plan and manage staff rota
- Staff training and development
- Proven track record of achievement in a high volume telephone-based sales role
- Prior experience in leading an internal sales or telesales team
- Leadership/coaching ability to motivate to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Effective planning and communication skills
- Happy to work onsite 5 days a week
