SalaryThe successful Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Technical Sales Manager must have experience in leading Sales Teams, coming from a background of selling into the precision engineering/ manufacturing indsutry (including Aerospace, Automotive, Machining and Defence) The Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Technical Sales Manager will be covering UK wide, this is a hybrid role but must be within commuting distance of Stevenage.
The Package:
- £40,000-£50,000 DOE
- 23 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays

- Ongoing professional support and training
Requirements:
- Technical Sales Background, experiencing selling engineering products, metrology, precision tools, machine tools/ accessories, worholding, workshop tools, machine tools accessories, cutting tools, machining products or similar would be beneficial.
- Experience in gaining new business
- Experience in building Sales Teams
- Experience selling to Plastics Industry would be advantageous

- Driving the implementation of the Sales strategy
- Managing and support of existing customer base
