Thanks to extraordinary growth over the past five years, the leading force in the HVAC sector is seeking a dynamic remote Sales Manager to bolster their thriving residential heating and ventilation team in the North West and North Wales UK. This newly created role focuses on cultivating business within the established New Build and Social Housing markets, ensuring a steady flow of projects to uphold their position as the market leader.

Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive support throughout the customer journey and specification process, from early engagement to technical and legislative education, ensuring seamless collaboration and continued excellence

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain new and existing relationships with influencing stakeholders throughout the process of specification sales into the New Build & Social Housing markets
• Identify, develop and manage architects to ensure they specify our products within their projects
• Achieve effective sales calls to new and established clients, achieving agreed sales targets, objectives and KPI’s
• Work with the Installer Sales Manager colleagues to secure specified projects and collaboratively manage these projects through to successful handover
• Ensure all requested house designs are submitted with the required information and detail to enable correct design to be completed within SLA expectations
• Effectively manage their customers and activities in the CRM platform
• Work with Pre-Sales & Technical team to ensure customer requests for design and quotations are in line with SLA expectations.
• Project management to drive accurate forecasting of both revenue and product requirements
• Supporting regional events to promote awareness

Sales Manager Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of the residential heating market and supply chain - with a particular understanding of the specification sales process would be advantageous
• Be able to demonstrate some understanding of the legislative need and drivers for renewable heating technologies
• Be able to demonstrate understanding of the fundamental basics of how a heat pump works and why itis recognised as a renewable technology
• Be able to demonstrate successful new business development
• Reside in the North West or North Wales and have a full driving licience

Locations: North West / North Wales Remote

Remuneration: OTE £75K
