New role to join an award winning, multi-regional Estate and Lettings Agency, who are continuing their success, growing more branches! As they believe their staff are their biggest asset, you can expect to be feel more than just another number and instead you will be very much part of the success!
- Annual salary £32,000
- Plus commission of up to £15k OTE
- Car allowance
- Attractive performance related bonuses
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

What you’ll be doing
- Driving a busy sales and lettings branch
- Conduct morning meeting with the rest of your team
- Lead, and motivate your team
- Have a keen eye on driving new business initiatives
- Actively prospect for new business
- Report figures regularly and strive to exceed KPIs
- Cover sales and lettings valuations (holiday periods)
What you’ll have
- Ideally, you’ll have a wealth of experience in the estate agency industry, with a strong background in managing staff and building/ nurturing client relationships
- A proven track record in being able to a drive a branch and win new business and be able to achieve monthly KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude
