Salary: £30k (Negotiable depending on experience) +OTE
Working Hours:
- 08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday
- 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and guidance.
- Oversee property listings and ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.

- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Contribute to overall branch performance through effective leadership.
