Salary: £30k (Negotiable depending on experience) +OTE

Working Hours:

• 08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday
• 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales team's success. You will lead by example, setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets. Your responsibilities will encompass sales strategy, client relationships, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and guidance.
• Oversee property listings and ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
• Monitor market trends and competition to adapt the approach as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Contribute to overall branch performance through effective leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the real estate industry.

• A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
